Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin and a bathroom with bath, shower & wc. Downstairs there is the other double bedroom with patio doors leading to the rear garden and an adjacent shower room/wc. The spaciouslounge/dining room features an original stone fireplace with wood burner and EnglishTV/DVD. The kitchen is superbly equipped with gas cooker, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and iron. The gîte has electric radiators throughout. Both double bedrooms have a hair-dryer provided. Kermeur is fitted with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket to BSI specifications. We can also provide a high chair , cot & safety stair gate on request. Guests park in the private parking area to the side of our gated property ,as this ensures that the premises are very safe for children. To the rear of Kermeur is a large garden with BBQ and garden furniture with parasol and access to the Games barn. *We offer an end of stay cleaning option. *All linen is provided except for towels.
